Hi eveyone.
Actually we are using shared hosting and we are facing issue in email formatting, our email format is not good as it should be look like Gmail Email sending and receving threads.

I have contacted with Hosting company and I am attaching their respond:
If you want to change this format, unfortunately we havent done it before. But as we use the cpanel and webmail which is a common panel, they have their own documentation and support forums where you may find some settings inside webmail to change.

We are using both webmail and outlook and have no idea how it should be correct.

PS: I am attaching images for your ref.

Please don't crosspost, 1 message is enough.

Well I'm sorry. In that case they need to ask the question here on the forums.

This forum is for support to Directadmin license holders (so admins) and sometimes resellers, not for hosting customers.
Your host should give you support. If he can't, then he has to come here and ask for a solution.

To give you a clue. It seems that normal TEXT formatting is used, so you should change to HTML formatting.
Maybe this helps:
- Settings (top right)
- Preferences tab
- Composing messages
- Compose HTML messages and set to "Always"
- Save

Same as Roundcube in cPanel by the way.

Please next time have your host use the support forums.
