I have purchased hosting on a shared server.

When I view my hosting for any of my sites the apache logs have

[Tue May 27 19:05:04 2008] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `localhost' does NOT match server name!?

I found another thread talking about making changes on the server, but I only have access to a reseller account panel and a user account panel.

The site doesn't have any SSL.

Is this something my hosting company should be fixing - or something I have set up incorrectly?

It's most likely an unimportant warning; if you want to know more you should contact your hosting company as only they know how they've set up their server.

will do, but they like me to come here first.

We've had a few issues with one computer on a network being able to see the sites, while the others get "site not found" problems and are keen to iron out all issues.

I suppose they're trying to avoid having to support you if the question is common.

Always when coming here, search for previous responses before you post...

and remember that if the problem is related to a server-specific configuration or issue we're always going to tell you to go back to them.
