rspamd build forces redis install

Hi,

Why force a redis compile and install for rspamd? What if I have my redis services on a different server.

Maybe its better to have redis server variables configurable in options.conf if custombuild / rspamd is going to use this.

It's a separate service just for rspamd, no other users have access to redis-rspamd service.
