Ruby on Rails

Anyone have any experience with getting Ruby on Rails to work with DA's setup?

I'm interested in keeping the structure as close to the original structure that the "rails" script creates when you first create the app, but haven't had much luck with getting htaccess files, symlinks, or anything working properly.

I've never had any problems with the integration of Ruby on Rails into Apache before now... it seems my major problem at the moment is that it just seems to be ignoring my rewrites, etc.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind.

Nevermind, I figured out that the main issue I was having was with the default chmod 775 of the public directory that Rails creates.

So, in light of my victory, I created a very quick and dirty howto for installing Rails.
