Running behind on support?

Hello,

I've attempted to e-mail [email protected] 5 times since May 12th. I've also used your online form that someone pointed out to me on this forum. Neither method has yielded me a response. The contact page states most responses are within 45 minutes during business hours.

I'm trying to transfer a license to a new machine due to hardware failure, I cant keep delaying this move and risk total failure. I don't want to buy a new DA license and have to go through the refund process. Anyone want to respond or do I need to look at other solutions?
 
DirectAdmin has posted here before that many times it is the customer's spam settings that get in the way. Chances they have tried to reply but your email address refused the email or it got filtered. I always get a response within a few hours.
 
Also, if your name is Jonathan, I have been replying to you ever since your first message. Something with your e-mail is malfunctioning -- could you try from a different e-mail account?
