I have a strange problem I can not figure out.
a client of mine keeps receiving the same email over and over again. I see the mail come up in the mail que, I remove it and 4 to 5 mins later there is a new one in the mal que.
when my client checks for new email with her outlook, she receives the mail and they disappear from the que, but 5 mins later there are the same mails again in the que.
Is there anyway I can get the mail to stop???
It is not spam, my client knows the sender, and the email was first sent intentionallly, but now keeps getting sent again and again.
the sender has a @live.nl mail address and I don't know how to contact live.nl te chech their mailserver for errors.
