" Samhain " (file integrity checker)

I have searched the web for several days looking for a file integrity checker. I found several, like tripwire, osiris, aide, samhain, fcheck etc. etc.

After reading lots and lots of documentation I think I'd like to give samhain a try.

However, before I do I would like to ask if someone here has any experience with this software?
Does anyone know if it's compatible with DirectAdmin servers? (and Fedora?)

Many thanks in advance for any comments! (or maybe suggestions for other alternatives?)

If it's compatible with your OS Distribution it should be compatible with DirectAdmin.

However you'll have to customize how it checks files depending on what you want it to check and what's on your server.
