Hello,

Since access group (secure_access_group=access) is enabled, set_permissions.sh should set homes to user:secure_access_group. But it still sets homes to user:user.

Please, consider to fix it with a future release.

Yep, this does not work properly at least 1/2 my users are chown user:user and half are user:access.

Not sure why. I upgraded to mod_ruid2 then ran the perm updates. I thought i checked it then but noticed a week later that not all users were chown user:access.

Im running the latest version of DA.

Strange it does not work for you. All my users (new ones added all the time) get their folder in home correct set to "user access".

Hello,

1) Please note that Admins and Resellers will not have their /home/reseller directory set to group access.
For Admins and Resellers, it only works on:
/home/reseller/domains

due to the way the backup system works.. Users need read/write permission to their own backup tar.gz files in:
/home/reseller/user_backups

2) If the accounts which are set to user:user are in fact User accounts, then the last possibility is that they're simply not listed in a users.list file.
If that's the case, rebuild your users.list files with this:

If that still doesn't work, send us an email to support@, and we can take a look at your box for you.

John
