Security: Prevent hacker to scan holes by blocking his IP

There is guy who have been listed domains of the server and keep scanning every script to find the hole on them and the problem is there are lots of hole on user' script, do you know any rule to keep block it's IP address , so we prevent more damage?

at least we have to make it hard for him to do his job. do you have any suggestion?

You should install a firewall nog Configserver CSF/LFD. Ip's can be blocked permanently or temporary with that.
