For around 4 weeks or more I haven't been receiving email from any of my clients hosted on a specific server at HOSTPC.com

I have a reseller account set up on www11 (at HOSTPC). The root domain (innovacionesespiral.com) cannot receive email from any sites on www12.
Yet I can receive email fine from clients on www11.

I have no special email filters setup and I do not have the same account setup on www12 - that might account for possible mis-routing.

www12 clients receive no mail error messages - the email just disappears.

HOSTPC.com have not answered my Urgent Trouble Tickets which is why I am here.

Can anyone suggest what might be happening here ?

Perhaps we can figure it out after you post the error messages from your log file when attempting to connect to www12.

I can send email with no problems to www12. from my root domain on www11. so no errors to report in that direction.

I have looked for the smtp logfiles of one of clients on www12. and all I can find is logfiles for one of the IMAP clients "Squirrelmail".

So I just sent a message from the client's account to my account (never arrived of course) and this is the log:

Doesn't seem to say where it's going

I got this off Exim's site:

(1) Look for information in Exim's log files. These are in the log directory in Exim's spool directory, unless you have configured a different path for them. Serious operational problems are reported in paniclog.

I guess only HOSTPC have access to that.

The fact that no error message is reported would indicate that the message is being delivered .. to somewhere on the hostpc network.

The problem is isolated to my user account on www11. as other accounts I have set up on the same server can receive email from www12. no problems.

If I'm not mistaken those conditions would apply more to the admin on DA - I'm a reseller / user.

My big problem right now is getting my Host to answer my tickets.
