Send e-mail another server

Good morning everyone, I searched on google but I didn't find anything, I have a reseller with directadmin only contracted reseller, often the ip is in rbl I would like to know if I can send emails from another server using another server of mine, so I would have no more problem with rbl. Another question is it possible to migrate reseller account to dedicated server without ssh access.

SET MX records.

BUT very important to solve the rbl while for those accounts that is not solving that problem. , maybe worse and get other server also on rbl.

SSH is yes or no set in modify USER in DA GUI so if backup / restore then you make a useraccount and do settings, check after restore and set them if needed again.
