Send email to reseller when user suspended

Hello

In one of our servers, the server does not send email to the reseller when a user is suspended for bandwidth over usage.
It also does not send email to the reseller when the reseller backup is finish.

Can anyone from directadmin support guide me, where to look for solution?

Is there any option in config file that i have missed?

Make sure the reseller's email address is set up properly in the message system.
