Sending Email with webmail problem

I'm having a strange problem which is:

DA runs on "mydaserver.com"

When i try to send an email with DA webmail to: "[email protected]"

it will give an error.

uebimiau:
It was not possible to send this e-mail

squirrelmail:
Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
Server replied: 550 "Unknown User"

Now is my mail account of mydaserver.com hosted on another server.
Could it be that webmail thinks it needs to be send locally? So its looking for a local mailbox, instead of send it over the internet?

The problem of this is:
Customers cant send emails to me.

Does anybody have a clue?

Well i found out why this is so.

This fix is only when your situation is:
- reseller has a domain that has its email hosted external

Problem:
550 error unknown user

Solution:
- log-in as reseller
- goto user level
- delete domain

result:
no more 550 unknown user with squirrelmail.
