sending mail after adding a user

I have the following problem. After adding a user DA doesn't send a mail with the account information to the user, at first it did but not any longer. Send Email Notification is checked.
Please help.

I know one thing now its no DA problem but the server of the people that receive the mail, doesn't accept the mail and i guess it thinks it is spam.

Any suggestions?

Not without more details.

How do you know that the recipient system thinks it's spam? Do you get a message in your logs? Do they?
