I have an wireless network and the network is on the 10.X.X.X range. The network then gets nated to 196.33.159.131 and then goes to the server ( 196.33.14.74)

when I send mail to myself i get this in the email header:

X-spam-Status: is No, score=9.9 required=10.0 tests=AWL,BAYES_80, DNS_FROM_OPENWHOIS,FH_DATE_PAST_20XX,RCVD_IN_SORBS_WEB,RCVD_IN_XBL, TVD_SPACE_RATIO autolearn=no version=3.2.5

Where does the hel0=[127.0.01] comes from?

It appears that this is causing the server to be blacklisted by MXtool box ...

SuperTool Beta
Command: ( lookup)

ptr:196.33.14.74 ptr

Type IP Address Domain Name TTL
PTR 196.33.14.74 ns2.theweb.co.za 24 hrs

reverse lookup smtp diag port scan blacklist

The main problem is our mails get delayed for up to 4 hours yet it reaches the server with in mili seconds but takes ages to send it. The server is not over work or has any performance issues

Can anybody please assist me with this?

I must say that ip 196.33.159.131 get spam blocked due to viruses...

Thanks

Probably your local disktop machine. It's probably normal, though mine connect using their local NATted IP# or their non-domain. Most Windows desktop machines use an all caps domain name without a . character. Do you connect to your mail server through port 25 or through port 587? If you don't use port 587, you should probably try switching to it, and doing plaintext authentication.
