this is exim log.. ?

All this is showing is that you're trying to send email to root, which you can't do.

What do you get in the /var/log/exim/mainlog when you try to send email to a non-root user?

What do you get in the /var/log/exim/rejectlog when you try to send email to a non-root user?

Sender Verify Failed.

The email must be coming from a valid address.

Is [email protected] a valid email address on the server? If not, you won't be able to send email from it.
