Sent Emails are absent

Hello!

I added my roundcube account to outlook and it works fine, I'm sending/receiving emails via outlook
but there is one problem, there are no sent emails in outlook or roundcube if they were sent from opposite platform
I mean if I send something from outlook, there is no sent email in roundcube and if I send email from roundcube, there is not sent email in outlook
is this normal or am I missing something? I drilled ChatGPT whole day over this, but it made be walk in circles.

I tried on different accounts on different outlook versions, one account on 2016 and the second one on 2021 version, the same result.

Can anyone help?
 
Are you using POP3 or IMAP? If you are using POP3 then all your sent emails will be local and not shared across different email clients
