Hello,

Couple of days ago I have noticed that the sent emails in my SENT folder in roundcube and not shown. I switched to squirrelmail and everything was fine there. Today the emails in SENT folder in squirrelmail are also gone. In TB where I use IMAP the email are there, and also on the server in the /home/user_name/imap/domain_name.com/info/Maildir/ the ".Sent" folder is there and the emails are also inside the folder.

I have also tried to reinstall the webmails but nothing was changed.

Can someone please help me or give me any idea what the problem can be?

Thank you,

Please check the webapps_inbox_prefix setting in the options.conf file of CustomBuild (/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/options.conf).

I do not have such option in the file. Here is the contents on the file:

I could check it on your server (free of charge), if you'd like me to.
