Is there a way of having three seperate servers, one for mail, web, mysql and directadmin and then two seperate DNS servers that are managed my the main servers directadmin?

DirectAdmin's Multi-Server Option only currently works between nameservers and requires DirectAdmin to run on the servers even if they're only being used for DNS.

Search these forums for Direct-Slave, a third-party script which will allow you to use the Multi-Server Option with slave name service not requring DirectAdmin licenses.

There's no official way to run other services on separated servers, and as far as I know, no unoffical way, either. But there is a recent thread on the subject; so people are interested in working on it. Search these forums.
