serve ip logged

Hello , in my server , Main Ip of the server , Logged in all of the sites , and my Statistics show the server IP in all sites .
any body can help me in this problem ?

Do you have nginx as a front-end to apache? How did you install it? From custombuild, or a 3rd party script/plugin?

i install nginx as script/plugin

CustmBuild 2.0 supports nginx+apache, you should switch your to use it. I don't know your script, but your installation is missing mod_rpaf or mod_realip for apache.
