Server got email but it is not delivered to mail box

Hello,

I noticed that not all emails which server gets and do not mark as spam deliver to mail box.



You can see that no action is made by RSPAMD, but this email is not delivered to mail box.

This problem appears mostly for emails from companies.
(Gmail, hotmail and etc - no problem.)

What should I do?

Also in mail tracking it shows that email is delivered...
