I'm not a company, but I can offer server management for you (if you want). About the companies that manage servers - I didn't hear about the companies you've written, so I can't comment them :)
 
touch support manages da servers and can handle customer support for you as well. I would go with smtalk if you just need someone to look after your servers. Also Jlasman's company as well.

i would be happy to hire you, but i doubt you would be available 24/7, 365... be able to react within 15min... for as little a month as above compenies charge

I heard that some companies are lying about the response time, so you need to be very careful :) About me - no, I won't be available 24hours per day, because I sleep (6-7 hours every night) (don't you? :)). People are talking with me on instant messengers, so it's easy to "react" (see that you got a message), also, it's possible to send SMS, when it's really needed.
 
As it says in our siglines, we specialize in DA server management. While we don't guarantee 24/7 instant response we're pretty good at it. As are some of the others on these forums.

You've already asked for suggestions. You've gotten some. Now you've got to make a choice :) .
