Hello,

I guess you 've got an issue with apache. You might need to check it's logs to find out reasons why it fails to (re-)start after a new user was added.

[Tue Jun 03 08:04:02 2014] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `localhost' does NOT match server name!?

note:
when i restart server 'clamd & dovecot exim & freshclam & mysqld & named & pure-ftpd & sshd Are stopped.

Even for the ssh must first login to kvm and start ssh

What is the cause of this problem after installing DirectAdmin?

Please make sure that the services: clamd & dovecot exim & freshclam & mysqld & named & pure-ftpd & sshd are added to autoboot. By the way what OS is that: Debian/Ubuntu or CentOS?

And for specific services you should check apache error log /var/log/httpd/error_log, mysql error log

From here everything is fine at least for me. If the issue persists (you might want to test it with a test domain or subdomain) then please let us know here or you probably would like to get someone to fix it for you.
