After much manipulation, my server is more stable.
I would reinstall everything.
The better it is to reinstall the os and after DirectAdmin, suphp?

The only thing I see wrong is that server 213.186.33.199 does not have an records for sainbioz.net.
 
I'm posting this comment because it is in 4 days 7 times that I reinstall everything.
I do not know why but I can not.
I am new to ssh and server. Before I was using a server prepared. My provider does more than under Centos, I would of Debian, which is why I insist, but then I have no time.
If someone want to do the job, I pay it if necessary. Do this:
- Debian Lenny
- DirectAdmin with suphp.
- And make sure everything is current.

Both creaweb-services.com and sainbioz.net are working.

Everything that you have given us to check shows that the server is working. I don't know what else to do. You have not shown us anything that does not work.
 
The registrar for romandie-annonce.com says the nameservers are:

ns201305.ovh.net 91.121.118.116
sdns1.ovh.net 213.251.188.140

No nameserver can be reached at ns201305.ovh.net.

No zone file for romandie-annonce.com can be found at sdns1.ovh.net.
