server sending fake spam mails by bouncing?

Hi,
it seems that when i check my Mail Que from the Admin, I am showing a lot of weird random email addresses queued for sending out.

How can I not send these? I think someone is trying to use a bounce email spam . Is there way to prevent this?

Generally, but not always these are caused by servers sending you spam as undeliverable which you didn't send. We just clear them from the queue when we find them.
