Server time & date

Hi everyone,

I stay in scotland which is GMT and the server is located in france.

However the SSH time shows an hour ahead and on CET

I have tried the following

date --set='Fri Jan 08 23:15:00 GMT 2010'

This still puts the server back to CET instead of GMT

How can i change this.

Thanks dude that first command fixed the issue however the second command shows an error about not finding the file for it. Its cool tho that first command fixed it :d cheers
