Server wide email filter/delete

I would like to filter emails coming from a particular domain and delete them.

Is this possible?
Maybe an exim rule?

You can do this using the latest version of SpamBlocker (beta to be released today).

But you can't delete them. You can refuse to accept them, which most of the Internet believes to be better.
