Server will going to slow

I run my direct admin on Linux Hostname 2.6.9-42.0.2.EL #1 Tue Aug 22 23:56:05 CDT 2006 i686
I don,t know for what my server will go to slow and I must restart httpd for solve it,If anyone have any experience in same problem please help me
and is there any tools for monitoring server and users to finding wich users are make cpu busy or Ram usage?

i have the same problem..

HTTPD takes a lot of memory, and i have to restart it.. i put in cron :S my httpd restart every 30 minutos.

but also i need a memory defrag :S

because the SO takes a lot of memory too :\

really that is worry
