HEllo all!
Why when I created reseller once without chekbox "Can use Server IP"... I'm not able to switch it on? And.. reseller is not able to make new user (becoz he has no Ip's)

You must assign at least one IP address to the reseller. From the admin level, goto the IP Management page and choose an IP address and assign it to the reseller. You can assign the shared Server IP which will allow the reseller to use it aswell.
