Solved Service Monitor - didn't show php/nginx/apache/mysql/exim services

Hello,

New install, Centos7x64, Service Monitor - didn't show php/nginx/apache/mysql/exim
they installed, working, but not included to Service Monitor
I tried to install with predefined options.conf

I have same issue, and when I install can't choose phpmode, mariadb or anything else.
I want to install manual like before

It's been fixed in CB 2.0 rev. 2796 - but I use rev. 2797, ok. I will try to run build all d
