Service Unavailable help!

So i have problem with 503 Service Unavailable error.
About in every hour my server show 503 error and i dont understand what i need to do, where problem, so i need help to fix this error. When i restart my apache2 server, error gone, but i cant aways sit at the computer and restart it.

So some statistic from my server.
I have 97 domains and 32 databases for everyone CGI and Secure SSL disabled. installed directadmin in debian 5.0 32bit, 2GB ram VPS with Intel C2Q CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz.

Clear, only after restart show this

well probably just the website you having this error and probably in /var/log/httpd/domains/domainname.error.log

if i dont remember bad
