Service UP notification

When a service is down we get a notification e.g. The service 'clamd@scan' on server srv11.medusared.net is currently down. Great.

Does anyone know of a way or hook to send a notification when the service comes back UP? It would be really useful so we don't have to keep logging into DirectAdmin only to find the service has come back up, or to keep refreshing the Service Monitor page to see when it's back up.

Thanks

optimal way - configure monitoring from outside, like nagios, checkMK, zabbix etc. They allow to check any parameters on server and notify via monitoring plugins or via messengers.

Thanks, we do have external monitoring for the important services on our servers, but it'd be useful to have this feature as part of DirectAdmin so we know when DirectAdmin reports the services back up, just like it does when they go down. Just wondered if there was a way to do this? Seems not at the moment! Thanks.

I understand, but this may be designed like: you fix service and don't need additional notification (as you just fixed and saw by own eyes).
