Set ftp account permission for only writing

Hi all,

My Server have DirectAdmin with CentOS 7 and use PureFTP for FTP service.
I create a User is artnet for mydomain.com.
From User artnet , I create a ftp account is [email protected] and set this ftp account only use this folder
/home/artnet/domains/mydomain.com/public_ftp/upload/

Now, I want this FTP account ([email protected]) only UPLOAD and can not read or download again.
And User artnet is still keep Read/Write/Execute

I know to set chmod for User/Group/Other but I don't know what Artnet is and what [email protected] is.

Please help me to set it.

That's hardly an OS depended task. If nobody has offered a solution yet, then nobody probably know how to do it, or have time to find a solution. So you are here on your own. Try your luck with PureFTPd community and ask them.
