Setting up 60+ sites as whom?

What's the best way to set sites/users up? For us, it can be just the *admin* that will run/update all sites. I currently have no resellers or users except for one. I see that when I setup sites as admin, the files are all owned by admin. Is this a problem? A Security Risk? Should I set myself up as a reseller and then setup the 60+ sites?

It shouldn't be a problem since the admin account has the same permissions as any other account on the system level. Only through DirectAdmin does admin's elevated privileges appear, and this can be accessed whether or not you use the admin for websites.
