Setting up domain email via phone?

Hi there,

Apologise if I sound stupid but Im new to this.

I am trying to setup my domain email on my phone via outlook:
Email address: my email
IMAP Incoming Email Server: mail.domain.com:993
IMAP username: my email
Password: my password

SMTP Outgoing: mail.domain.com:465
SMTP Username: my email
SMTPpassword: my password

As seen, I believe this info is correct, however, it keeps popping up saying "The service is currently offline. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact customer service (701).

Just wondering what I am doing wrong?
 
Looks good to me.
Best is to check your logfiles and see what is going on, verify Exim is running on the correct porst.

However I get the impression that you are a customer. This is a forum for admins and resellers. If you are indeed a customer, you should best contact your hosting providers customer support.
