Here's the message i get from outlook:

Task 'mail.futurexnovation.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I download the registry from the directadmin...didn't work..I try many things from this forum ...... didn't work

Hi, you should check on your mailserver, if this account exists and it is `active`, if so, check the server setting for `relay only if user is local ` or `user has an account on this server.`.
Check if `relay` setting is on, on the mailserver. Check the `serverprotection` settings such as use SMTP authentication, and use POP usernames and passwords.
That should do it.

That message means exactly what it says.

If your mailserver is named mail.futurexnovation.com and you're getting this message it most likely means your ISP isn't allowing outgoing port 25 traffic off their network so you can't reach your server on port 25 (which is the default port for smtp for sending email).

If your hosting company has set up an alternate authenticated submission port you can set up Outlook Express to use that port. Usually it's port 587, but you need to ask your hosting company if they've set it up.

If they have, simply check your settings for Outlook to use port 587 instead of port 25 for outgoing email.

If they haven't, and if they can't or won't, then you'll have to use your ISPs mailserver for outgoing email.
