I have a VPS that runs DA. I have an account for a user that wants to use phpmyadmin to work with his mysql dbs. I am wondering how I can set up a username and password for him to use phpmyadmin in DA.

The user should use DA ( under MySQL Management ), to create the database/username/password. After that, then they can use that username/password to log into PhpMyAdmin.
