setup google apps

Hi im trying to change the mx records for google, i have read many tutorials but those are for older types of DA

I did this way is this correct ?

@ MX 10 aspmx.l.google.com.
@ MX 20 alt1.aspmx.l.google.com.
@ MX 20 alt2.aspmx.l.google.com.
@ MX 30 aspmx2.googlemail.com.
@ MX 30 aspmx3.googlemail.com.

and added to spf:

mydomain.com. TXT v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

instead of the domain name i used a @ because DA doesnt like a empty line there
