I am wondering if this is normal.

I was searching for the default mysql root password, and found out about this.

cat /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/setup.txt

Got my root password just fine, but I also noticed some other problems.

Values listed there aren't the values I changed to in DirectAdmin. Values such as hostname, ns1 ns2 are still the same as the initial values my host setup for me, which I have changed. to something else.

Is this something I should worry about?

Offcourse the setup.txt doesn't reflect the setting when you changed them. It's not a config file, it's a summary of the setup of DA.

Look at it's name ;)

If you want to know the settings look in DA or the conf dir ;)
