Several options missing in the "all directadmin.conf values" docs

Just installing a new VPS and going over the "directadmin.conf" values and seen several missing in the docs.

For example these:
default_private_html_link=1 <-- might be removed totally, unknown if still working
frontpage_on=0 <-- maybe removed totally, unknown if still working
mysql_detect_correct_methods=1 <-- present in a feature list, but not in the docs.
mysql_milestone_16=0
mysql_use_new_user_methods=1

There might be more, but it's a long list so I might have missed some.

Found another one which can't almost be found anywhere but is an interesting one:
user_can_rename_domains= which defaults to 1.
