I've removed the duplicate threads. @ertebat7: only you are in a position to know what, if any, multiple levels of symbolic links you've used in your OS. If someone else set up the server for you, you should ask him/her. If it's a VPS open a ticket with your rovider as your VPS may not be compatible with system quotas.
