Should I confirm the Comodo Protection Wizard in DA?

Installed Nginx with ModSecurity and Comodo rules.

I was under the assumption DA has customized the configuration because I see this error message when I go to the Security Engine tab?

Custom Mod Security configuration found!
Press "Update config" button to update it with values from this screen.

When I go into the Comodo section of DA, this dialog box comes up under the Protection Wizard.

Do I want to confirm this?

Exclude those rules from systems, which are not used on your server or by your customers. I fastens things a lil bit up.
