Signal segmentation fault during long POST

Hi,

I have trouble that I can't diagnoze.
I have couple of years similar php code (administration panel) to send articles to the database. From yesterday I have problem with long articles. When I send long article, even If I do nothing with it I get error:
[Thu Sep 09 09:49:51 2010] [notice] child pid 21983 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

It's happening when I generate POST request with long article as one of the standart HTLM form field. If I remove half of article problem is missing. I even remove all php code and it's still happening so it's different problem.

I update php, apache some weeks ago, but I don't know if it is common.
 
I have this parameter setting on 35M. I aslo tested other parameters. They have properly large values.
I tested problem several hours today and I have no idea what else can cause problem.

Max $_SERVER['CONTENT_LENGTH'] without erros is 3260 (ISO-8859-2)

It's problem with Zend DB. It can't accept long queries. I don't know why.
