I havnet yet bought this software is there a way to automate signups does it come with that?

Also is there a way I can add headers and footers to every ones pages? I want to do free hosting no charge its supported by ads.

No, but there is 3rd party software available for that (ModernBill, whois.cart etc - check the 3rd party software forum for others)

Its not something that DA itself does, although it can be done with apache rewrite rules etc (you would need to do that yourself, or get someone to write it for you)
