Where does the Direct Admin keep the MySQL databases for the websites? I need to find them to make a few edits, but when I login with putty, they're nowhere to be found, and unfortunately, I don't remember where my mysql conf file is >.>.

Everything on my server is working now but this :D. Thanks in advance.

There isn't a my.cnf (MySQL config) file on the server unless you install one.

On my RH based systems the mysql databases are found at:

/var/lib/mysql

Jon was parodying an American television show called Jeopardy, hosted by Alex Trebek, which the answer is always a question.

A few years ago Alex Trebek and I looked much alike, but since then I've been getting much handsomer :) .
