single account, multiple domain name split

Ok here is a crazy one that i need to figure out. We have a clinet who had multiple companies under their "user" account login. They were an end user. The companies have legally split and we need to split the domains apart into enitirely new accounts... does anyone know how to accomplish this without deleting the domains and re setting them back up again ?

EX (Current):
domain_a.com
domain_b.com
domain_c.com
domain_d.com
domain_e.com


Need it as this:
Account 1:
domain_d.com
domain_e.com

Account 2:
domain_a.com
domain_b.com
domain_c.com
