site builder not running

The site builder does not work. On the direct admin page, I get this message:

Site builder daemon is not running - Please contact technical support
On the pop up window, the error is

Error: 'site builder service is not running. Please try again later.' (/usr/local/sitezen/zenpipes) at PERL2EXE_STORAGE/CGI/Carp.pm line 314.​

Can you please help asap?

What does it have to do with Directadmin?! You'd better consult with documentation of the site builder.

Search these forums for more information no SiteZen. The system has been sold to the company publishing cPanel, and I believe they've made an announcement that they're no longer going to produce it for other control panels. It shows up through DirectAdmin because it was installed as a plugin.
