Site is crushed on 12-14 hours pm

What type of site is it? What's the load on the system at the time of apache crashing? Do all sites on the system crash?

when you did a top, what all processes were taking most of the CPU?

were they mysql / httpd or some other?

Also Just investigate if any of the site is causing this to happen?

Also check if there is any kind of Brute Force Attack
