site redirection not working

Site redirection has stopped working. It used to redirect to a different url now I get the DA index page.
Here are a couple that should redirect elsewhere:
http://www.sacramentofnb.com/
http://www.20art.net/

They used to work. I have them setup with / in the local path url and the destination has full url. Just like it says to do in the Help page.
Was something updated somewhere?
I know I haven't done a thing.

http://www.domain.com/DIRECTORY/index.htmlindex.htmlectectect
