Site Redirection Problem

I'm have a slight issue with the site redirection for my site (sargesworld.serverffs.com). I when i goto that url it says..

Welcome to the home of sargesworld.serverffs.com
To change this page, upload your website into the public_html directory

What im wanting to do is set up a "Site Redirection" when someone goes to
"sargesworld.serverffs.com" they get redirectied to "http://sargesworld.serverffs.com/site/index.php?page=start" as thats my website... When i do that.. i get this
"http://sargesworld.serverffs.com/site/index.php?page=startsite/index.php" in the address bar..

I tried moving my site to the public_html directory yet when i did that, i had to reinstall the CMS..

Any help would be high appreciated..
